Problems with MyDNN Live Chat module

I've installed and added the MyDNN Live Chat module.

I'm facing 2 problems
  1. Clicking on the AdminPanel
  2. No Online visitors visible
Clicking on the AdminPanel
If I click on the admin panel with the "enhanced 404 not found support" enabled, it gives an error. If I disable this option it works fine.

I thought, let create a custom rewrite rule and enable the 404 support. But without succes. This is what I've done.

This is my custom rule:

Page: ...LIVEChat
Paramters: ctl=[adminpanel]&mid={mid}&popUp=[popup]
Action: Rewrite
Url: ctl/[adminpanel]/mid/{mid}/popUp/[popup]

If I enable the 404 support it gives an error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

No Online visitors visible
The next problem is the visitors online. I've enabled the logging to see what is happening. There are a lot of 404 errors with signalR an example
